RG got a pretty big buff, might try cinderhulk RG on udyr or something. garen lost 200 gold on sunfire but gained 400 on BC but lost 15 MR on spirit visage +5 AD but gained some extra regen but nerf on cowl damn its a fucking rollercoaster ride
RG is kinda like innervating locket although udyrs base damages have been hit super hard because of sated devourer and ludens alacrity zoom builds
rip jungle xin jax and shyv btw LOL actually jax in general guinsoos too expensive, too hard to stack now and only getting sated at 6 stacks seems weak as fuck. also stops irelia from being able to beat every tank in lane not sure what I'm going to build instead of achieve the same thing. So few good attack speed items now zzzz
I know you might think "Maybe irelia shouldn't be able to beat every single champion in lane" but well I'm used to it now might as well keep going.

the last few good jax players werent buying rageblade to begin with, hes still fine top. Idk about his jungle tho. See most jax go for triforce/gunblade, probably even more so now.
and yea it is blatantly obvious that RG is pretty broken, that stuck out to me as well.
Ryze will be pick/ban in a more broad sense I think on this patch. He benefits heavily from a lot of these mana item changes and RG will be core on him i think.
Think of it as a ryze that doesn't have to wait as long for his powerspikes basically. I know i will definitely try out a more streamlined build instead of waiting years for tear/ROA to stack.
Anything that dumpsters immobile ranged will obviously be strong on this patch due to people wanting to play the new changes.
Look to break out your galios, zacs, etc. Especially when they are toning down some of the early junglers.

Ryze is SO fucking stupid I have no idea why people don't abuse him. Maybe it's because I play melee champs but it's so fucking hard to win with ryze in enemy team and so easy in my team.
I actually played jax as rageblade+tanky items and it worked really well for me, rageblade+full squishy didn't. like high cdr or frozen mallet gives you good sticking power and your R is tons of resists so you can get like steraks or mallet and randuins or something it's pretty sick.
Trinity Gunblade is a lot of burst and good split pushing but can't really teamfight the same way. actually really well might be an exaggeration but I was starting to carry some games which I never did before without just being a split pushing annoying guy
Berserker greaves, lone stinger (lel) or Wit's end seem to be the best "I really need attack speed" items for irelia. Wit's end might be okay +75 MR is good, most tanks do magic damage except poppy.

Problem with wit's end, it's only efficient on champions that do magic damage. Which is why warwick is literally the only person its core on.
Usable on fizz and kayle and kog maw and other stupid shit like that but they have better items.
It is surprisingly decent on jax against tanky magic like mao/naut

I mean it's not totally efficient on irelia but you get 40/40/40 + 25 MR steal and irelia lifesteals a lot so it's not that inefficient
not like you have many options for buying on irelia if you can't just burst them down with trinity or ghostblade lol I mean you can just decide not to try to win lane but I'd rather avoid that
also fucking warwick riot please I don't want to play a farm champ who needs razor+wits end to do damgae but then needs another 3k hp item to not melt so I need to farm 8k gold before I'm useful in teamfights wtf? and god forbid they have any CC at all which will make your ultimate useless

well thats what I think you are better off with, just buying cowl and working towards visage (especially wthe more healing next patch) and using the rest of that gold on working towards ghostblade/trinity because they make way more sense on her. Ghostblade is literally the AD wits end in a way.

seriously you can get like wits end for the price of sheen cowl and a ruby crystal I honestly think trinity is slightly overrated on irelia but maybe thats because ghostblade is so much better now and you don't always want a pure damage 2nd item

All your snowballing is most likely done bot lane as irelia and your job is just to get through early game to the point that you start to dumpster the tanks in a 1v1, similar to how nasus plays.
also take into account how garbage wits end is before you complete it, warwick can only even afford to build it because hes in hte jungle where it doesnt matter that his item isnt finished.

my current match history; only d2 but lel get baited m8 + Show Spoiler +
irelia doesn't dumpster tanks 1v1 without some solid auto attack item, used to be BoTRK and recently rageblade. You get a fixed number of true damage autos with your W (almost none vs malphite qq ) so you need some alternative source usually or you can just ignore tanks which is traditional irelia and its fine obviously but this patch doesn't change that it just changes the viability of anti-tank builds.

Jax and Xin are dead for sure, Shyv might be okay due to the elimination of comeback XP in the jungle. I guess it makes her more risk oriented now a days though.
I did the math, against everyone but ADC's, Bloodrazer is better by a factor of 2 to 3 compared to Devourer until you would have hit 30 stacks. After 30 stacks though, it is a humongous damage nerf. Unless the thing you are hitting has some 5500 HP.
Your end game will be less scary, but I think Bloodrazer still makes Shyvana a scary ass tank. You just probably need an enabling team comp as well, instead of her being a pretty much pick into anything, smash everything champion. I think playing her will just be more nuanced. You probably want to avoid picking her now on a CC-less team, and you probably want a speed up / follow up (ie one of Lulu/Ori/Zil/Taric/Janna/Morg) to your engage.
Other than that, I am confident Shyvana will be viable. I dont know if she will be a top jungler or not, but Shyvana has always been a viable jungler, and probably always will be. Shyvana had a positive winrate back when LeeSin, Maokai, and J4 were the jungle trifecta and everyone just spambuilt HOG. She had a positve winrate when it was Elise / LeeSin or bust. She has had a positive winrate when power farming is the name of the game. I sincerely doubt them removing Sated makes her obsolete.
Might just mean when you really fed you are buying rageblade instead, which is actually cheaper than BtoRK. Althought the BtoRK active would be missed, I bet Rageblade2.0+Bloodrazer hits harder than Sated+BtoRK. Considering both Sated & BtoRK were in Shyv's highest winrate build in Korea, she might actually not be affected at all. Before when you had Sated+Tank Item + BtoRK you now have Razer+Tank Item+Rageblade+Swifties for the same gold.
On a side note, Razer is a HUUUGE buff for Shaco. Aint nobody dueling that shit.

Bad players gonna bad doesn't really prove anything. I guarantee I would never die in a 1v1 top to you, I cant remember the last time I died 1v1 top honestly.

What kind of champs/players are you playing vs in these games? interested in the profiles of the 17-3 and 21-4 game specifically

I think you're wildly overestimating razer. Where is your math coming from? How many people have more than 1k-1.5k hp around the 15-20 min mark when people get close to 30 stacks? Its only 30-45 physical damage and most people have more armour than mr. Not sure where the factor of 2 or 3 is coming from.
Remember shyvana doesn't care about AP and rageblade needs a full 6 autos to reach sated status (whens the last time you got 6 autos continuously on shyv? lol) so yea she won't be hit THAT badly but she she'll definitely be weaker because she uses sated really well with botrk and her E %hp damage both physical and magic.
she wasn't strong in the first place and nobody shared jungle xp much in solo q anyway.

Not to sound like a dick but I don't think it's the right forum to only take into account the top 0.1% (since im rekking bads around the top 0.2% kek) of players to make any of out discussions.
http://imgur.com/a/X3Dt9 match history and gold graphs. didnt look up profiles im not disputing that they are bad lol and yes, it's our team behind in both those games both games I won lane quite hard and then my team got wrecked/caught in midgame, and I had to destroy in teamfights for us to win im disputing that only retards die and let people snowball is a top-lane only phenomenon, sure some top lanes are farm fests but that goes for mid and bot lanes too and snowballing still happens.
lucian did well in that garen game but purely because I was either A drawing like 3 people to me or in fight near dragon we cleaned up like 4 people he got every kill and I had to block like 6 skillshots to keep him alive LOL I can upload some games of my adventures in 6.9 if anybody is interested bads are everywhere at all levels of skill yo

Depends on matchups how easy it is to just not die in lane. Never had issues just not feeding unless the enemy team gangs up on me like hobos smelling change.

yea it's easier to not feed if you're not trying to snowball the game yourself but it's also exploitable by the gangbang plays where you play passively to not bait any lane ganks or something and they just mass dive you fok

Killing people in 1v1 shouldn't happen in most matchups honestly. Looking for tp plays is the way 2 go. Also easier to gank people who keep pushing you in like monkeys.

theoretically 1v1 kills should never happen because one side is going to lose but yeah if both sides want to try to get a kill and snowball only one can win
if you play passive and never try to win your lane you'll need to be superior in some other area of the game to compensate for not pressuring your opponent.
you can't get high elo just going even in lane unless you are winning your teamfights every time or something.

There is a difference between top and mid doe. Zed vs azir is easy shit
top is easy to get kills if you goin say graves vs pant but most matchups are fucking maokai/poppy vs naut/trundle. Or at least were a month ago when I actually played
Ye obviously you gotta make shit happen but it is much easier to just gank other lanes with tp than to kill a tank as a tank when there are junglers who for some reason are attracted to top like a toddler to glue
