After all that time I had LoL break - and I think it's over a year or even more - I've tried to log in and play couple of games but it seems that
1. My account was stolen 2. The guy who stole my account got permabanned, judging by all the emails I've got from Rito.

I would have thought that credit card info would be the ultimate proof of account ownership, the chances of someone stealing your card just to break into a LoL account is pretty damn low. Mention it specifically in your support ticket.
I hate security questions, I can never remember them. Even worse is that for some of them I use fake answers, so if I don't remember I'll never get it right.

The issue is probably proving that he didn't do whatever it is that got the account perma banned.

They can just check the IP history for that, and when he got his reports if they have that info. If he brings up how much money he's spent on the game, a bit of whining in the right place, he might be able to pull it off.

Let's see what will happen I've asked them for IP check, handed my credit card information, specified which exactly skins I do own on the account and whom I had on friends lists. Will keep you all informed ^_^

Is it even worth playing League at this moment? I haven't followed the scene for over a year, I've seen many changes with some neutral minions that makes u jump when u click on it and that champions textures were updated.

Only time it was a hassle was when I had some issues with not receiving a skin when they reworked runes (already had them), it took some time to convince the support I did in fact own some of them prior to the give-away. My huge skin purchase history eventually convinced them - that or they just got fed up dealing with a persistent dane.

It's funny how they're asking me for list of 5 champions I've bought first and list of champions I've bought for certain prize, lmao. I say, you know guys, I've made the account years ago, CBA to remember such things. Then they asked for card number and possibly e-mails with purchase confirmations (which I do not own obviously) and some other stuff. Let's see what will happen

Asking for champions for an old account is such a dumb thing to do, unless it's a trick question where they see how the possible scammer reacts.
They send emails for purchase confirmations? I haven't actually bought anything in this game in years, been content with slowly acquiring skins with the loot system. I have skins for most champions I care about anyway, perks of an ancient account.

They send you a receipt when you purchase RP. No confirmation emails when you purchase anything though.
