I complained about Akshan and Chem Soul revive, so I don't even know what to say anymore. Riot seems hell bent on adding numerous revive mechanics to the game, this isn't even power creep anymore, it's just flat out rewriting game mechanics.

Cool champ, just excessive.
The revive mechanics are how Riot address the damage creep. She looks pretty fun, but I am honestly quite concerned about how it open for perma tower dives from level 3 and onwards.

Bruiser vs Bruiser lanes are going to be even more snowbally, less health more damage on all their core items? At least they might be squishier than tanks now.
Maw and Death Dance on Jhin looks pretty flippin hilarious.
On the flip side, TF is experiencing hilariously low winrates right now (42% lol). He's gotten the LB/Ryze treatment, hard nerfs to balance him for competitive while turning him into an auto lose champ in soloQ.

A most confusing way to deal with this for sure.
Riot amped up the damage because people like killing people in fast and flashy. They can now combat it by forcing players to kill someone in flashy ways twice or do it once and then die a flashy way. Double the flashiness! Sheer genius.
Truly a galaxy brain choice for Riot to give assassins enough damage to oneshot without ultimate, thanks to Renata they are now required to use it when killing squishies!
Can't wait for a champion ability to apply 'true death', which prevents revives. Or an item that you can buy to instantly revive (or is that too close to DOTA?)
Crown is a bullshit item and Zeri is a bullshit champion. It shouldn't be possibly to get quadras en pentas with a champion every time its played, but here we are..

ive always thought buy back would be a good addition to the game. lol is still fast enough that realistically youre only going to be able/want to buy back once in a game, so the game wont suffer from being dragged out forever like dota is now. with how strong champions are late game, especially with things like elder, one death is enough to instantly lose you the game. the amount of times a good game suddenly comes to an anticlimactic end because one guy gets randomly picked off is too high and makes for a pretty lame experience because you would much rather see victories on the back of a 5v5 fight

But then what about the super exciting moments like Akshan's revive?
(Like that LCS game where a kill barely obtained at the last second revived their team's jungler and gave a free elder as a result.)

The joke is that Akshan's passive probably has a smaller impact on winrates in soloQ than people think, but when it does have an impact it just feels like complete bs because it gives fundamental game mechanics that have been in this game since the start a big middle finger (dying = no impact on game).
