Irelia buff is really weird, it doesn’t really help her in her when she is counter picked, and she was already very strong when not counter picked. This will maybe help her vs Garen as level 6+ is really hard to play even with a small lead until 2 completed items. But it helps her the most against stuff she already stomps.

Lots of pros playing her on the super server, she might be a big pick at worlds.

Samira actually got a pretty useful ability hidden in her taunt emote (she get a passive stack if it runs through it's animation, she can do it outside vision). wtf riot

I watched T1 Gumayusi stream where he played her, and it looked pretty similar. I'll give her some time for the player base to learn to play around her, but atm she looks like she has just as much utility as Aphelios, couldn't tell what her weaknesses are.

I dont really think she has any in particular in her current form. Maybeeee that she's a very "go forward" champion so she can have a very hard time to recover? Kind of like old Fiora just the ADC version.

So fun Samira Lillia interaction, Lillia's ult is considered a projectile for some reason so Samira's wind wall blocks the activation of Lillia ult for herself and for anyone else inside her wind dome.

So if I download a replay it should show me what happened in the server right? Like if on my screen I dodged a skillshot that killed me, it should be hitting me in the replay? Asking because the replay shows me flash it and take the damage cc a full flash distance away. (Which is what happened in game as well)

Idk, I have felt like the servers are a bit clunky past few weeks (but this is EUW). Stuff like teleporting Azir during EQ combo, Ezreal Q disappearing, Corki R disappearing etc. But then I saw the Azir bug on a stream, so...

Wow, those are some interesting items. The shield bow can give up to basically 32 AD and MR? That's pretty crazy. Also Kraken Slayer + Guinsoos seems so nice for on-hit champions.

I haven't fully unpacked the new items yet (just took a quick look at them).
I quite like DOTA's impactful items and I think Riot is going in a good way in pushing item paths towards a more fluid and nuanced approach (whether they'll achieve this goal is another thing).

Sunfire and frozen fist being mutually exclusive feels weird. Ludens looks like the new first item for Fizz I would think at first glance. Hextech is a contender but the stacking mana pen sounds juicy.
Other notes -Jungle item change is an ivern buff -Horizon focus kaisa meme or dream? -Lord doms looks insane strong but I’m still thinking in today’s context so maybe it’s fine -splitting phage buff off of Trinity makes it a lot worse imo

Honestly I wish they'd fix dragons for season 11 instead of overhauling items and leaving Drakes for another year. Unless they've announced they're doing more than one thing and I missed it.
I will say after stumbling on the new jungle items, I think making them consumables will be really really interesting. Hard to gauge what it will change if all items are changing too

Done a bit of number crunching and think I've had some time to kind of see what they've done with the items here.
First thing that jumps out to me is that they have hard buffed ADC itemization. Nearly all their items are more gold efficient than before (or, more or less provide more stats for the same gold), and atleast from a cursory view, they have the best Mythics both in terms of active effects and in terms of gold efficiency... and that's before considering AD + AS + Crit scale multiplicitavely. Second their mythics feel great to build as first items, and they all provide Crit + AD + AS, meaning that ADC's will come online much much earlier, like old Stormrazor day's without the lategame fall off of having stormrazor instead of less crap lategame items. If they dont change the numbers (which they probably will) the game will be better bot lane wins almost every game like old Ardent Censor meta.
Second thing of note, I think the tank Mythics feel awful as first item purchases... a third of your gold sink will be into MR or Armor that wont help you in a lane matchup. If you build a Mythic first on a tank, you are getting like 60% gold efficiency from your first item. That feels bad. Also, all tank items basically across the board are nerfed in gold efficiency. Frozen Heart, Spirit Visage, Abyssal Mask and Randiun's all see a solid 10% hit in gold efficiency... FoN is only 75% gold efficient as well. Stone plate looks buffed in the late game but is hard nerfed until 4 items.
The fighter mythic's seem pretty nutty. The assassin ones look hella strong in terms of actives, but they also are the lowest gold value mythic's in the game. The AP ones all seem to be fairly middle of the road; they look strong in gold efficacy and active wise, but I think the thing that stands out to be is that it wasn't really all that uncommon for people to build multiple of them, and now that's impossible. Might be a big nerf to mages, which is kinda strange because they already suck. Although, there does seem to be a lot of mana lying around now compared to before, might help things a bit. That being said... Axamuk's and Eclipse give all items 5% MR/Armor pen... which is bonkers given that percent pen stacks multiplicatively. With these mythics + LW item / Void on full build you'll straight have 65 to 80% penetration.
Locket is IMO the best Mythic in the game as presented. A late game locket is giving like 2k gold to the entire team... Shurelyia's looks bad. Moonstone is hard to say, awfully inefficient in terms of gold, but the active seems to be bonkers, so there is that.
The jungle item changes seem like an incredible nerf in most cases. If they don't buff jungler gold or clear speed I think meta will be like Tank Gragas + Reksai + J4 + Elise + Nunu.... Losing the Warrior / Runic Echoes powerspike will be awful. Jungler's will flat out have like 1.5k less gold worth of effective stats at 10 minutes. Not to mention, junglers are flat losing either 35 damage on hit or the talisman burn, as new jungle item burn are based on Bonus AD/HP/AP. I imagine the jungle will have a swath of monster rebalancing otherwise Jungler's will be level 4 while solo lanes hit level 6 unless they get fed.
OP Alert; Titanic Hydra with 3k life is like 150% gold efficient. Wit's end is 115% to 165% gold efficient. Not considering the burn or resists on Demonic Embrace, it's 94% efficient... with the resists its 124% gold efficient. Serylda's Grudge is just 20% more gold efficient than LDR or Mortal Reminder and that slow will be complete aids for diver's. Mikael's and the Staff of flowing water seem busted.. enchanter items are normally quite gold efficient, but usually a lot of that is usually mana regen, and these two are in the 130% range if you ignore mana regen. Muramana is even more absurd than before, coming in at 140% gold efficient if you don't count the mana, and over 190% if you do.
UP Alert; Seraphs loses it's shield and a ton of scaling AP, although i guess there is more mana in the pool now than before. Horizon's focus seems like garbage; what good does a 15% damage buff do when you have to hit once with a 850 range ability to proc it then have no ranged abilities to follow up with; maybe Kaisa / Nidalee only item? Sterak's and Black Cleaver are both below 75% efficient... not sure the missing health damage or the new heal is really worth it. Particularly Sterak's, as before it was quite gold efficient on the people that wanted it. Nearly all the tank items, imo.
That being said, i would be shocked if there weren't substantial changes prior to and after patch 10.20 / 11.00.
Final note; mythic passives seem to have a huge variance in gold value. Some of them are quite gold effieicnt on their own, and then have like 50 to 100 gold mythic passives, and then some are a little weaker and then have like 300 to 400 gold mythic passives. I think in a number of cases it might be a mistake to buy the mythic first.

Horizon focus also procs off immobilization if it’s bad it’s because it only provides damage, the same way dcap and void are currently often not the best option. Stuff like farming Morgana or Velcoz. Xerath can proc it both ways like a snipe q into ult. To be honest I think the item is *probably bad, but it’s more because of it lacking utility and because it competes with dcap void which give pure damage always and in aoe.
I’m really bad at this sort of thing though because I keep thinking about the items existing with current items not vs all the other new items.

Taking a queue from MtG, I'd say literally everyone is bad at it. The best of the best that do this with sets of 140 to 350 cards every 3 months and have fucked it up every time for decades.
That being said, LoL players are bad at itemization with items that have been around for more or less a decade, i think if you get a good read on the new itemset you might find yourself climbing quite a bit for free.
