I can’t believe they are not nerfing Kench before worlds. He is being picked or banned most games, which indicates power level is too high. And he is soooooo boring to watch. “Ohhh they are setting up a gank. They are circleing behind the tower. Is something about to happen? No, of course nothing will happen. Kench is in the game. This play will end with a devour and walk away. Like the play before it and the play before that. And every other play. “
I mean barely anyone plays her in solo q and there are like 3-5 untouched junglers who are valued higher than her in pro play. Not saying they gutted her, just that she's going to slowly fade away into obscurity.

She was pretty highly pickbanned in both LCS regions during playoffs.
Her Korean representation was really low though. Not sure about China because I'm behind on vods.
This Odyssey event is great. After doing first intro quest my game totally broke, cant go to my loot, emote or augment pages without the client freezing and the play button doesn't work at all.
I dont understand how they could release a gamemode that literally break your client. Wasn't it on PBE or are their QA just the laziest bunch of them all.

No, it wasn't.
Riot has been trying to shake things up by not having everything sit through PBE and just push some things to live.
I have concluded that Kai Sa is easily the worst champion in League history. I have come to this conclusion because even if the team I otherwise would cheer for picks Kai Sa, I cheer against them until the other team picks Kai Sa. There is no other champ that gives me such lingering hatred for a team that picked it, but there it is.

I had the exact same feeling about Fiora at worlds just after her rework. The idea of a champion that solo carry pro games after getting a select few items just feels so bleh.
At higher difficulty levels you don’t auto win. The mobs can kill you if you don’t stay grouped or if you fail to dodge a projectile or some bit of CC. It’s more interesting but I don’t think it’s more fun than regular rift games.

It's sorta fun with all augments at Onslaught because you can do so stupid stuff. Sadly the quests at that point require you to not use full augments, it's so stupid "hey you unlocked all these cool playstyles, but you cant use them".
That and the Ziggs cheat/exploit have turned the Odyssey skins into a badge of shame.
I'm still annoyed that Master and Grand Master are below Challenger. It never really made sense and makes even less sense now that Challenger League is gone.
I'm most disappointed that the league below bronze is not called wood.
Overall I don't think it impacts me I'll still get into plat grinding one champ start climbing a bit get bored mess around and finish plat 5. OH WAIT no more 5 I'll finish plat 4. I approve of the changes! xD
So grand master will be one tier with challenger like master was until now, or it will have 4 divisions too? What about just master ? will it move to 4 divisions format or stay 1?

It should not matter where you put the new layers, except for aesthetics, if done right people will be distributed accordingly and proportionally among them. It matters what MMR and how Riot with assign it to them
1. Adding more layers on top means bronze I boys would get to feel better about themselves because that would most likely result in them getting promoted to silver. Not that I care, but Riot guys made it look like they want all players to feel better so it would make more sense instead of telling the impossibly bad baddies they're too bad to play in bronze.
2. The amount of effort necessary to climb from plart to diamond V or even from gold to plat is much greater than what you need to get out of bronze. Which is important because more leagues on top would lead to league badges being better skill indicators while adding more leagues on the bottom may not necessarily lead to the same result. I think it won't because I'm convinced (most) bronzies simply aren't interested in getting better, they just want to have fun with what looks the most cool in their eyes. In other words I think bronze I guy might be as good as his bronze IV friend if difference between them is just that the former likes garen and the latter likes vayne mid.

Both of your examples are just aesthetic, but I feel lazy to explain. Will try to do it short, hopefully it will be comprehensible.
The MMR is the objectively important thing. A 1500mmr person who is lets say gold now, will stay 1500 with the new layers added, but he will move aesthetically down or up, he might become either silver or stay gold (in some cases he will stay gold or move up to plat) depending on which side you add a layer, however, he will always be on the 3rd (or 4th consecutive layer depending on the case), which will be silver if you add an iron layer or still gold when you add a emerald layer or whatever, something above the old gold. The example is not really precise, because, many people will move only within their tier (gold 1 to gold 3 for example) and not full tiers up or down, which is the whole point, but hopefully the example is clear enough to show my point
And you are right about how people will feel, however, I call this aesthetics.
The whole tier system is all aesthetic anyway. It was designed to put a layer between the MMR and the person playing so as to feel less bad. This was partially due to people not understanding how MMR works. People think an MMR of 1550 is better than 1520 but in reality they both within the same margin and are bound to swing up and down. The tiers of diamond, plat, gold etc. are just ways to name the MMR brackets so people feel less bad about swinging around.
Aesthetics are important. What a person feels is often more important that the actual information being conveyed.
Iron actually sounds cooler than bronze, and with people knowing the Olympic medal system so well it doesn't instantly sound worse than silver or gold.
Iron sounds so much baller than all the other divisions I'm seriously considering dodging all my placements to get there and then dodge whenever needed to keep my LP down.
I remember a while back there was like... a plat or diamon level Yi player that did that before skipping promos was a thing where he'd just tanky his promos and destorying his ranking. Of course, his MMR kept going up so you had a bronze 5 guy play at the MMR where he should have been and people were freaking out.
AOE 2 is a great game, but not really all that lasting. Not even in my top 5 most played PC games, and I played it a lot, and don't play that many games.
