No one is going to be able to stick to that practice schedule.
Also, I recommend you play with Tapiocaball and BlackPaladin; they are the best bot lane TL has ever seen. It's k. They just play solo queue, draft normals, and occasionally some tryhard Go4LoLs or some shit, and all of them will either get to 2k or get sick of this game and go play DotA 2. Exactly like it happened last 2 seasons. Need Tapi and BP though to induct the new TL B class, though. Can't go forth without their blessing.
Well I think the reason previous seasons had commitment issues is due to the lack of incentives. This time, we can always dream of making top 32 by the end of December right?

LOL BP cmon bro they need you!!
Serious note: I can probably help the two (or more) players who decide to bot lane for this new team. Most likely I'll be on "MCMilo" on LiquidPractice.

It really has nothing to do with incentives, and everything to do with leadership. Someone has to fill the thankless role of team administrator/manager, and it's a lot of work for what amounts to a hobby within a hobby. Incentives can ease the burden slightly, but in no way make the position unnecessary.
In all likelihood the job will automatically fall to you. When and if you get this up and running it may seem easy at first, but in short order the momentum will run out. Whether or not the team holds together past this point will depend almost entirely on how persistent you are. If you are ambivalent and disinterested in the job the team will quickly reach a point where you basically never play together anymore.
I'm not saying you can't do it, I'm just warning you that you're taking on a significant responsibility and whether or not this works is almost entirely a function of how much effort you specifically put into it.

I would recommend getting 10 players minimum for this or else you will be stuck with an incomplete team.

I have a little bit of experience from doings WoW Arena, my 5s team actually hit 2k rating way back in season 2, but the problem was we were just 5 real life buddies and people had other things to do.
I also organized some raids, but again the problem was that I just couldn't get enough people to show up on time.

This will be my exact solution to the problem. The awesome thing about TL is that a community pool of players already exist, so I'm hoping we'll always have enough people show up. Down the line I probably have to worry about actual leadership, but we'll cross that bridge when we get to it.

Hmm....I'm sorta tempted to join up myself even though Mr. Derp was pretty successful this season and we do have such fun playing together....mebbe I'll try to balance them or something. Alright why not. If you want/need me I'm up for it, lemme know.
WaveofShadow - Season high - 1498 (I tend to hover between 1400-1500) Best roles probably AP>AD/Supp>Jungle>>>Top
My most played (and best) are probably accurate in terms of my PvP.net stats: Eve/Viktor for mid, though I can play others, just a bit rusty since I've been mostly playing to gain elo. Support I can play everything 'cept probably Lulu and as for AD everything but Varus/Kog. Junglers aren't great but I can do most of them if necessary or we're practicing.
My top lane is horribly subpar and I haven't played in seriously in months.

Lol that's a ridiculous practice schedule. If you can stick to it and make it work, more power to you. As much as I would have loved to make TL B work, life gets in the way too much.

milo is one of the best players on TL in terms of understanding and application, i would take his help if he's available
would probably lower the practice schedule as well, weekdays as available or desired by members and weekends should be 1 full day tops (if you're going to do an 'all day' kind of thing instead of 'as available' schedule on the weekends), it would be difficult for anyone but high-schoolers or freshmen in college with low workload would be able to accommodate that kind of schedule while keeping up with other commitments.
i'd find the people first, then make the schedule

I'd be happy to help in training with you guys.
Barackopala - Unranked (waiting for S3, need larger champ pool :C) support player/ AP

We'll definitely take all the brains we can get.
When it comes to scheduling, I always think we should target as many hours as possible and so long as we get 5 to practice, we'll be maximizing our efforts.
Remember we're NA players, practicing too many hours or having too stringent a schedule is nonexistent
