Could just be his contract was over and somebody made a better offer. I actually haven't read any examples of players still under contract past 11/20. Like even Bjergsen resigned as of yesterday. That said, I'd hope EF tried to match OpTic's offer cause I think Akaadian was the second best player on EF, after Froggen. Hopefully they will be able play with the necessary aggression and not become vitality v2..

And TL: Impact, Reignover/Dardoch, Pobelter, Dlift, Aphromoo(?). Basing the Aphromoo rumor only on Dlift tweeting poster from a Rush Hour movie. And that he is free agent and NA.

I def have more faith in a Bot duo that has played multiple splits together vs a fresh rookie. Maybe Mike will continue to impress and actually meet the hype around him. Idk I always thought the hype around mike was a meme about how he’s rookie of the split by default. If you don’t have an import slot for jungle you should have been trying to outbid for xmithie or moon, probably even Akaadian before mike Yeung

Xmithie might have been a case of IMT saying "if you want him, you have to take some other players too." to try and unload their contracts as easily as possible. I doubt TSM wanted to do that and then have to pass off players to other teams. I thought some of the new teams might be the ones throwing around money. Everybody has money. Nobody is without serious backing except(as far as public knowledge) TSM. I could see players going to the more establish teams as a way to build their brand. Teams like TSM and C9 give you a great chance to get to Worlds, never missing it for as long as their orgs have existed, and all TL does is revive the 4th meme, it's a lot better than a lot of players will accomplish.
