I will admit to being bad at the interwebs, but I was theory crafting a bit in my head and was wondering a few things.
Is there a site that has average minute:second marks for levels by lane (specifically for pro play)? For example, mid laners on average hit level 2 at the 2:31 mark, level 3 at the 3:14 mark, etc. (times/levels made up for this example)
Additionally, is there a site that tracks gold earned by position at minute:second marks? Preferably including static gold over time? For example, ADC's on average earn 500 gp at the 3:32 mark, 1000 gp at the 5:12 mark, etc.
Basically any economic run down of both gold and experience in league in relation to game time. I'm curious about a few specific things: 1. Does wealth by team (and/or lane) act in sum zero fashion (where one team's gain is the other's loss)? Or does it act differently? 2. Theory crafting optimal builds in relation to time and alterations to those builds in relation to being ahead/behind those marks.

For professional play it's hard to gather these statistics. I think there is a way to" scrape" from Riot's match history, but you are on your own from this point.
For solo queue it's pretty simple to do - you can check everyone's gold at every minute, so get that data and extrapolate.

Booh. That's not what I wanted to hear. Maybe I'll have to just deal with solo queue. But the issue I have with solo queue is the lack of communication has a major effect on teams playing as teams. Plus, solo queue tends to be more death heavy than professional play which skews gold as well.

Because there are so few games played on each patch, "serious" statistical analysis does not exist for professional play despite what some people claim to do - simply due to low sample size and grossly different skill level of professional teams.
Insight from solo queue is much easier to derive due to a huge amount of games to study and reasonably fair matchmaking.
