LoL Esports announced that Hai 'Hai' Lam will be an emergency substitution for Will 'Meteos' Hartman. Cloud 9 will lose two bans for their game on Saturday.
#LCS info: @Cloud9gg is making an emergency roster change, subbing @Hai_L9 in for @meteoslol
Due to submitting a valid roster past the deadline, @Cloud9gg will lose two bans for Saturday's #LCS matches
Wondering what are the facts. Rumours says Meteos left C9 but I highly doubt it, no idea what happened. CLG.Meteos would be nice. Also C9 is playing Liquid on saturday, which is a nice info.

Doubt it was trolling given the situation.
I wonder how C9 will perform with Hai in jungle. My guess is that they won't return t former glory, but the shotcalling would be there and they might actually get something done. Sneaky said it himself they looked like a bunch of headless chickens, no real game plan.

don't really think 'overrated' is the term to describe meteos. it was clear when he was actually really good and when he was falling off. for the most part, his team succeeded and failed according to his performances so he wasn't really overrated or underrated.
He was way overrated when C9 had success right after they got into the LCS and people attributed it solely to his skill when how ahead he was of other junglers had the farm allocation at its core (Balls and Hai were often 20+ cs behind their opponents even without laneswaps because Meteos would farm a lot, and tax heavily whenever he ganked, hence how rich he was and his ability to beat the enemy jungler in duels and counterganks).
You can be the best jungler in the west, and be overrated in how much better you are than your peers. For example, his game sense/perception of game flow isn't as good as people made it out to be if the whole team was specifically accommodating him, which they were.
(Which doesn't mean that Santorin would do as well if TSM poured all their resources into him, obviously.)

he wasn't overrated. he was clearly the best jungler in the west, unless you're going to argue that? if you aren't, I don't see how you can argue he was overrated? I don't remember anyone saying he was best jungler world or anything like that.
Meteos was never "clearly the best jungler in the West", he was clearly the best jungle in North America and one of the best junglers in the West. Don't think I've seen people claiming that he was the best in the West.
If Meteos is gone I doubt Hai will be a full time replacement. His wrist problems are still around from what I know so full time practice isn't something he can do. I always liked the idea of Hai replacing Lemon while Lemon moved to a more coachy role.

Really? I have seen tons of people claiming that. Also I was among them.
