It seems that people are more interested in CN netizens comments. Here it is.
So Fomos hold a discussion of Korean Dominance in 2015 for Monte, Cloudtempler and two others guy I don't know. And someone translated it to NGA.

In fact this patch is good for the slow-paced European style, and WE lost 0:3. Should we pay attention to the western scene too?
Wow, that jinx. I feel relieved.
I hope EDG slap their faces.
At first glance, I thought the guy wearing glasses was Kakao.
I always believed that Samsung could not provide good salaries was related to they could not sold their mobiles.
(Citing Kim’s sentence talking CJ cannot adjust their conditions in Katowice) Was WE a home team in IEM final. GE didn’t prepare for WE? Take a look at SKT in S3 and Samsung in S4. They would not make this kind of mistake. If this excuse was the thought of GE, this team would not go far this season.
NA needs to be paid attention this year. In fact, TSM performed well in S4. Just ignore EU.
Honestly, Top 3 team in OGN last year can beat LPL last team without any preparations.
Please jinx more. This is not enough.
That GE mid got all kinds of solokilled by Xiye every poses worthy to praise?
(Translator note: Bladder game means a loooooooong game. This phrase was first used by the CN caster casting Flash game, when he drank whole bottle of water and defensed the whole game. The caster referred this type of game was a competition of Bladder.)
So, LCK teams are not as dominating as S3 S4 anymore. Those LCK teams accustomed to Bladder game will be so shocked when facing LPL aggression. For example, when Xiye 1 vs 3 in CJ GE vs WE, they were shocked. Beating you once could be lucky. Beating you twice, and the second time is Bo3, and talked nonsense like no preparation, was deceiving themselves.
Samsung was famous for being stingy, even though when their phones were very popular a few years ago. Those watched Starcraft should know that.
After all, Korean losing is a accident.
This means that even though the gap was shortened from other regions, Korean still had advantage. Except those senses of self-esteem, I think it is right
This is an important part in a team game. Follow the pace of the team, integrate to the is important. If all five people are ACE, then I don't know where the team go. #EsportBand, Star of the Earth, EXOMG
(Samsung)Only seconded to Xiaomi in China, I don't know why it is stingy.
Cloudtempler was very objective.
This existence of this discussion has already showed the trend. Well… Do these guys really know Chinese League?
CT is objective. Others have the suspected to bragging.
LGD vs SS Three matches were 46min 30kills ;31min 30kills 36min 26kills Compared to EU LCS final, UOL vs FNATIC. Five mathes 28min 21kills;42min 36kills;36min 53kills;28min 18kills;39min 35kills。
I agreed that EU LCS was pretty ‘funny’, but slow-paced? How long have you not watched EULCS. The person loved farming most in EU almost got relegated; the person loved farming most in NA is from China. Two mid from LCS need to be banned their assassins this time.
In the past when Samsung mobiles were popular salary was better than earlier days. When new mobiles come out, they would give those to Stock. But I guessed they were used to being stingy.
New guys just joined the teams, had no synergy and only one team comp, definitely not able to beat TSM(GE was just killing themselves) But watching LCS playoff, it is not deniable that Western scene has improved a lot in every aspects compared to the past. But I felt that there is still a distance to becoming a threat to top LPL teams. If they prepare before the match unlike Korean team killing themselves, they can definitely beat LCS teams.
The guy loved farming most in China entered the final.
I felt that we can’t be careless. The ceiling of EU is very high. Even SSB lost a game.
Is the difference of Korean coach and Chinese coach ordering food and not ordering food. (Translator note: in the past, ex-iG coach claimed that no one listened to him, he was only there for ordering food)
‘The wealthiest guy play the best soccer’
Samsung players were very good, almost everyone were carrying. Leaving Korea has done a huge damage to Korea. But the real damage to Korea is the player like The Shy. I am not saying how good he is, but he is representative. These guys discussed about it, and it was objective. I had no doubt about Korea generating new blood, but the problem is so many scouts(like Snake Manager) just staring at Korean Rank Ladder, staring Korean young player. Snake’s jungler and support, QG mid Doinb and some unknown Korean player in LSPL, those guys have not reach 17 like the shy, this is the biggest damage to LCK.
The shy failed Korean teams tryout, then WE contacted him or he contacted WE. What I say may lose our confidence, but as far as I know, except those bigname like Samsung Kakao/Rookie, most of them cannot get a place in Korea.
Don't ask me why, beating GE only need to focus on LEE.
I heard that (Samsung) employee’s salary was not raised this year. The revenue has dropped 60% due to mobiles.
(Translator note: there was a part they discussed GE 5:0 OMG or OMG 5:0 GE. Since it was ambiguous and they were discussing the possibility, I will not translate it)
CT crisis awareness is so strong, and others refused to concede because of their face and pride. But it is normal, we have some strange confidence in S3 S4. But after CT spoke that out, other started to echoed CT idea, except Monte, that Korean bragger. I think the explanation of Why Faker not leaving Korea is good. If Faker comes to LPL, he must have a high salary. It is a tough decision for him to stay in Korea
I am looking forward to the return of Faker.
After all, S5 has not begun. Everyone can brag his or her own region. In the end, champion is the winner. At this stage, Korean has dominated for 2 years. There is no problem for bragging. But I have to say, no matter how CN teams performed against Korean teams, the top 6 junglers in LPL must be the top 6 junglers in the world.
CT is very interesting. He reviewed this topic thoroughly and very objective. But he performed very bad in the later stage.
Does someone know how much the Korean get here compared to those in Korea?
Korean is still the export of best players. Even LPL teams win this year, it is a win for capital. Not matter it is MSI or World, 7/10 Korean final structure will not change.
It is not a shame that the best player are Korean. Nowadays, the best soccer clubs are in Germany, England and Spain. The best players are in Portugal and Argentina So even though the best player is not Chinese, the fact that the best club is in China is good.
Don't you guys think you have jinxed LPL too much. In MSI, SKT and TSM are strongest opponents of LPL. If they are qualified, these two team are scary. Heard it here first.
We Only need to look at what CT said, and others are rubbish. Faker really loves SKT.
(CT said KR player can stream and go China even they failed) So we are the last choice
Could Korean stop being reluctant? ‘If Samsung still there, GE can still be the first?’ First in regular season? Okay, give you the first place. If those teams are still there, it will be good enough if GE qualify to World.
GE cannot beat one of those Samsung. They will not win the teamfight against SSB. It will be even worse for them to get crushed by SSW in the early game. The King of Korea Jungler, LEE will get crushed by Dandy. And take a look at the direct matchup of LEE and Spirit. When Korea scene started to dominate, every team has a very good mid-jungle combo. Who gives them confidences that a team without a world-class mid-jungle combo can have a good result? S3 Bengi-Faker, S4 Pawn-Dandy OGN spring Dade-Spirit Summer Kakao-Rookie. Take a look at mid-jungle combo of GE, haha. If this team wins LCK, it is the biggest sarcasm of Korean LOL.
I think this time Korea domestic team is danger. It is not CN teams become stronger, but become stronger because of Korean imports. OMG claimed to be the only all Chinese teams in quarter final and got 0:3. Honestly, even though this time EDG may win, I still treat it as Korean victory.
I believed that S5 Champion may still be Korean still, but if we do a round robin for top Korean teams and Chinese teams, OGN will be crushed by LPL. Except SKT and GE, others’ skills level dropped very fast.
Compared to Pawn vs Faker, I am looking forward to watching Eazyhoon vs U. They won’t crossed the river and farm 30 minutes.
It is okay to brag Faker. Bragging SKT? The new SKT cannot even go abroad to play. I cannot understand why you guys hyping SKT.
(Referring to Monte talking about Samsung sponsoring Chelsea but not esport) Monte is really a fool. Samsung sponsoring 18 Millions to Chelsea was so stingy. Yokohama sponsored 40 millions this year.
SKT is very likely to qualify in LCK, except Bengi throwing.
It is not Bengi now. Change is huge.
To conclude, Korea is still No.1 in the world.
Strongest player is Korean is undebatable. I still think strongest team is EDG.

Did someone do a translation of the Fomos discussion? It would help provide some context to these reactions.

From the Chinese comments it seems like Monte has said (again) that Korea is still number 1 without a doubt. I don't know how he can keep saying that. I'm a Korean fanboy and I would love to see Korea dominate this year but I am actually very scared for Korea.
Anyway, I'll take a closer look at the Korean version of the article and see what was said. I'm not surprised to read in the Chinese comments that Cloud Templar is the one who's objective and interesting.
the top 6 junglers in LPL must be the top 6 junglers in the world. Also, this. Korea has no good jungler atm and that is worrying for sure.

Glad other countries give TSM credit. They are not a joke this year and thinking it's just gonna be LPL vs. OGN is a mistake.

Given how weak Korea is I think TSM is a real threat for Korea this year and therefore TSM is an actual international threat nowadays. For the first time in years I will actually watch TSM's games and their performance will have me interested.

Also, this is what I'm talking about. People who think Korea will just produce new talent so easily are completely wrong for this exact reason. Rush? Huni? The Shy? All these players who never proved themselves in Korea and may end up being new generational talent are likely to never play in Korea.

The funny thing about the shy is that he literally does nothing, they brought him over. Took photos, gave him a world elite uniform then he immediately went back to school. World Elite basically just called dibs on him lomo. Will be fun to see what they do once he's done with his schooling.

Seems like the case for a lot of teams. Save and Flame don't get to play in serious games at all and they're just there in case someone's organs blow up.

Even though I love OGN and I've been a korean fanboy for the past 3 years, I kinda want to see TSM win the whole thing. The disrespect and cockiness is getting too much from some people. When people say THEY DON'T HAVE A CHANCE TO WIN do they even know what that means? Even if koreans are favored, that doesn't mean nobody else can win. When you can take games you can win the series. I'd love seeing Monte say the format should be changed to bo7 because bo5 is too volatile.
If samsung was in Korea they wouldn't be the best? Is monte on crack?
Respect to cloud templar. Maybe we're all just really biased, but he doesn't disregard tournament results and the result was that both GE and CJ dropped 2 games and went out of the tournament. Even if this were bo5 and they played more games they would have both dropped 2 games by that point and the series would have been considered close.

I like how CloudTemplar, being an ex-player, basically goes 'dude, take the cash' when it comes to the topic of Faker around the end of part 2. He's practically screaming, 'a player's career is only so long, GET WHAT YOU CAN'.

They seem to have a fairly high opinion of TSM, did not expect that.

I finally read the Korean interview.
The three "pro-Korea" casters had only one valid point as to why Korea would still be stronger than other regions : Koreans do have better communication. But I don't think that this is nearly enough to justify their opinions. They also acknowledged in the interview that the jungler and the support are players that rely heavily on communication. Then how scary is it for Korea when you see that Spirit, who can't communicate with his teammates, exposed and smashed Lee (Korea's best jungler in theory) in the WE vs GE match ?
The worst part is that, contrary to CJ who has, in my opinion, a solid excuse for their loss (jet lag, no proper food and no proper sleep according to the interview, which is a terrible physical condition), Lee and GE's only excuse is that they "lacked preparation". They were facing a team with a new roster, can it really be said that GE was the only team that lacked preparation ? Do Korean casters really think that Lee could overcome the huge gap that separates him from Spirit by "preparing" for WE ?
On the contrary, this match proves that facing players that are more skilled than you, even if their communication with their teammates is limited, is a scary situation and will be a huge problem for the Korean teams such as GE who do not have very talented players in their roster.
The only hope for Korea in its current state seems to be SKTT1, because Faker and the boys seem to be good individual players and if they continue to strategically step up like they have been recently they should be able to claim the number one LCK spot fairly easily. But even then I would not "bet my entire belongings" on SKTT1 beating the Chinese teams ; Korea is in a very rough spot.

I actually don't think the preparation excuse is unreasonable here. Korea is a weaker region, but it still has plenty of individual talent. Talent that GE overcomes on a regular basis through strong preparation. I would go so far as to say that GE is the team that the preparation excuse holds most valid for in the world. They are specifically known for being weaker individual players but winning through tailored strategies.
Having said that, I don't think GE is necessarily the best team in the world, and it's certainly possible that their style is specifically strong against other Korean teams. But when the team known for strong pick/ban, weird pocket strategies, and just general macro-level play says they didn't prepare, I'm inclined to give it a little more weight than when, say, CLG says the same.
