Game of the Week: TSM vs. CLG
Since their previous epic battle in week 4, everyone has been waiting for the top 2 titans of NA LCS to clash once again. Returning from IEM Katowice as the World champions, TSM is looking to establish their dominance in NA as the clear leader of the scene. CLG won't let them have it that easy though.
The game lived up to it's hype -- as always when TSM faces CLG -- and recorded another EL Classico in the history books of great NA battles. From the first minute, TSM and CLG demonstrated an intense tug-of-war of vision and map control. TSM did not disappoint with their promises of improving their early-mid game and moving away from the traditional scaling AD composition that they rely on. It was this game that TSM demonstrated their superior vision control, pick&ban phase, and clear strategy -- understanding of their win conditions.
If you want to see Bjerg on his signature Zed, Turtle going off on Corki, and overall beautiful play from both sides, this is the game to watch.

Game of the Week: Fnatic vs. Unicorns of Love
One of the most exciting games in the Season Five EU LCS, FNC vs. UOL displayed how to take the audience on a rollercoaster ride of heart attacks.
Fighting to secure their playoff positions, both teams put everything on the line and went at each other like packs of hungry wolves. Every moment of this game will put you on the edge of your seats. Unconventional picks? Check. Fnatic base rushes? Done. PowerOfEvil going off? Of course. Multiple aces and 60+ casualties? Oh baby!
The victory wasn't decided until the very last second. And that is for you to watch and find out.

Game of the Week: CJ Entus vs GE Tigers, Game 2
Good Korean games have tended to be masterful back and forth action, such as Jin Air vs NaJin and Jin Air vs CJ earlier in the season. Looking back at most of the previous LCK games of the week and they've held this common pattern.
Then there is this. GE would pick Sion mid and get a double Banner of Command against the almost entirely magic-damage team of CJ. Resembling the insanity of LPL rather than the calculated action that LCK is known for, this game is a showcase of how to execute a unique strategy, as GE played their picks almost perfectly. While both CJ and GE looked to prove themselves after humiliation at Katowice, as shown with CJ getting the lead early on in the game, it would be GE's unique strategy that would win them the second game. It is definitely worth the watch.

Game of the Week: iG vs. Snake, Game 2
If you thought TSM vs. CLG was intense, then IG vs. Snake is 2x the speed and excitement. This match is the epitome of brute Chinese aggression mixed with decisive objective trades around the map. In 46 minutes, the two teams in the upper-half LPL rankings demonstrated their ability to play their unique styles -- and play them well.
Snake returns to their tried-and-true, signature "Juggermaw" composition, adding a Mundo pick for the all-in super late game scaling. In response, IG Kid brings out his old school Vayne.
Knowing that Snake will win by default in the super late game, IG never stopped pressuring from the first minute. Playing to their early game advantage, IG took the first dragon, and then picked off the lone Mundo top within a few minutes of each other. But Snake, always looking for a chance to strike, didn't just turtle and watch silently like CLG.EU.
If you want to see a battle of wits and mechanics between two high level teams, then this is the game you can't miss!

Game of the Week: Hong Kong Esports vs Taipei Assassins
The final game of the regular season of the LMS proved to be an exciting one. Hong Kong Esports decided they wanted to fight and drafted an appropriately aggressive composition while TPA wanted to be more clever with their double ADC composition. What ensued was a long and incredibly violent game of cat and mouse as TPA continually tried to outsmart HKES' brute force teamfight composition. Close, lengthy and intense while providing plenty of action and big plays this match was an excellent conclusion for the regular season.

Game of the Week: DetonatioN RabbitFive vs 7th Heaven
DetonatioN RabbitFive advances to the Season 1 Finals and Japanese Representative Decider Match to face FocusMe.
Last week, RabbitFive faced off with 7th heaven in the LJL semifinal, in a Bo3 to determine who would take on FocusMe for the opportunity to represent Japan at the IWCI. Though 7th heaven started off strong with great performances across the board an appareance from ThintoN's signature Vlad, RabbitFive were able to pull the series back thanks largely to the efforts of one man. ADC Shoutarou "Zerost" Ikeda started the season with performances rivaling FocusMe's Yutapon or 7h's Mueki, but he seemed to lose his way around the time their win streak was broken. But Zerost is back, and he's left Tristana behind in favor of picks like Kalista or Ezreal. In games 2 and 3, it was his late game teamfighting and damage that made up for the team's earlier mistakes and brought home the victories.
It all ends this weekend. FocusMe vs RabbitFive. The uncontested #1 in the country takes on the team that was very literally created for the purpose of challenging them. Newly empowered by their switch to a full-time gaming house, FocusMe isn't the kind of opponent RabbitFive will be able to defeat in a Bo5 without shoring up their key decisionmaking weaknesses. But there's a chance. And if they manage to pull it off, it'll be an upset for the ages.
Our game this week is the third game of the series. It gives us a chance to see some of the things that made 7h so strong in their third-place run, with Mueki taking up Vayne and punishing Zerost's Ezreal early while Clockday and Enty keep Estelim down. And then when Ezreal's power-spike finally hit, Moyashi's peel on Sion combined with Zerost's excellent kiting bring the game back to take home the victory.

Game of the Week: KaBuM! e-Sports Black vs. CNB e-Sports Club, Game 1
Brazil's CBLoL returned this week, following a three-week hiatus, with two best of three quarterfinal matchups. First, paiN Gaming took on Dexterity in a 2-0 blowout. While paiN was expected to win these matches, they were both incredibly one-sided, with jungler Thúlio "SirT" Carlos looking very much at home on the new 5.5 patch. Furthermore, paiN seemingly has yet to show their hand strategically, and could prove to be a tough semifinal opponent for INTZ if they have something else up their sleeve.
Meanwhile, in a surprising 2-0 upset, KaBuM! e-Sports Black overcame CNB e-Sports Club in their semifinal match, besting their opponents through mid-game teamfighting. In spite of garnering advantages early in both games, CNB was unable to go head to head with Black when it came to skirmishing and fighting over objectives. Black also showcased a better understanding of terrain advantages, allowing the defensive positioning of support Martin "Espeon" Gonçalves and AD carry Pedro "Matsukaze" Gama to shine by counter-initiating CNB at every turn. Top laner Mateus "SkyBart" Neves also had two standout performances as AD Fizz. Next, they face the aggressive early game of Vivo Fibra Keyd Stars in the semifinals this coming weekend.
