Would've been nicer if they did it in New York.

Even Raleigh or Atlanta would be better. I get that Riot want to blaze new paths, but I'm not sure swamplands are the way to go here.

Aside from location (I have no care for nor stake in the matter) I like the look of the tournament. Glad to see IWC being let out of it's cage more than once a year, creates a nice opportunity for the players, despite what we all know the result will be (for the IWC spot at least. Interested to see who gets it though, especially with SEA and LJL joining the ranks?).
Hmm, now I've gotten myself more interested in the IWCI than the MSI...I wonder if they'll separate LAN and LAS to make an even 8 teams (SEA, OCE, LJL, BR, TUR, RU, LAN, LAS, am I missing any?)

so there will be no all star this year?

Indeed, I really hope they stream the IWCI tournament. Outside of silly NA v EU banter, we all know how the MSI is going to turn out anyway.

All Star will return in the post-season and will be more of the S3 one of being funsies and the S4 version of "competition." (S3 fucked it up by making it affect World's Seeding).

Mostly, LMS is still an iffy, power rankings seem to be putting them above the west but I've watched some of them and they seem pretty damn messy.
EDIT: with this hitting the subreddit front page I'm worried for my OCE at IWCI...don't know the other leagues but that co-ordination scares the shit out of me.
