Our North American LCS roster will be swapping a player going into Week 6 of the Spring Split. Having tried out Stephen 'CloudNguyen' Nguyen for the last three weeks, the team has decided it hasn't found the right fit at the demanding LCS level. We would like to thank Stephen for working with us and trying out with the team.
For Week 6 of the Spring Split, Andrew 'Azingy' Zamarripa will be trying out for the role of a starting jungler for the Team Dignitas LCS roster. We hope our combined efforts in the next weeks will allow us to welcome him as a permanent fixture in our lineup!
We would also like to thank our fans for sticking with us through challenging times for our team. We are hoping to have additional updates in the coming weeks for our LCS squad. We'll post when we can announce more.
I wonder if it was influenced by that interview last week.

They're just throwing junglers at a dartboard at this point. Best of luck, but I don't think it will work out.

While I don't think Cloud is that great, I don't think Azingy is an upgrade. Feel like this is because of the interview he had with Kiwi after there last game.
|
Cloud didn't say anything particularly bad in that interview, did he?

Nowhere as bad as Kiwi but he was saying how they didn't have a coach and other sutff about the team atmosphere which i'm sure Odee loved

not like this Azingy, not like this.
honestly think the TSM job is a better job than this one, idk I guess actually getting paid is nice, I really hope he does well I don't want playing for a bad team in his debut to give him a reputation as a bad player.

I don't really understand why he's allowed to play. He played in Challenger this week so surely he can't play in LCS this week also?

Azingy in LCS. What the fuck is wrong with this world.
Pretty sure that CloudNguyen literally got dumped because of this interview, thanks, Odee.

Seems like a lateral move at best

How does someone like Odee still have a job in eSports? Does he have ownership of the team or something? I have no idea how the Dignitas ownership hasn't sacked him in the last 2 years.

Odee is founder of Dignitas (2003, if anyone interested).

he actually seemed like a pretty cool guy until like a year and a half ago

Lol if Dignitas really thinks this will revitalize their roster thats just optimistic thinking. They are going to get relegated for sure this split
|
What did he say in that interview? Lol

Odee... I won't even comment on this guy. Dignitas will get relegated, how can you sign Azingy as your main jungler, come on, lol.
|
Oh Azingy you have no idea whats in store for you lol
|
Hm, I dopn't feel like Azingy is a huge improvement over Cloud but maybe he is more vocal and can communicate better. After watching the video, communication seems (like most of the time) to be the crucial issue with Dignitas.

I doubt they'll get relegated. Coast will definitely get last, and I don't think there are enough good challenger teams to beat Dig.
