Well, especially against carries like Karthus and Tristana, they're going to catch up anyway. EDIT : LoL @ last fight. Regi «omg what are you doing chaox why omg omg» Chaox gets 4 kills, denied the penta by TOO. «you're so lucky...» Seriously, how can they even stay calm with such a troll on their team.

The most brutal part of the strategy that I can see is how you can effectively split push without dividing your team. Sending promoted minions down the lanes just before a standoff at Baron/Dragon/another tower seems fairly ridiculous.

Don't argue, don't be rude, don't be destructive, get people to enjoy the game and keep trying (as opposed to belittling them or being defeatist) that alone helps a lot. (Some teams are beyond saving, that happens to everyone.) Also simply winning your lane consistently *will* raise your ELO reliably at that level, it's just that playing carries/hypercarries makes the effect more pronounced. For me, playing Rumble wins games; even when I lose my lane (rare) I'm useful in team fights due to the AoE ult and kiting ability. I have read that and thats what i am trying to do for the team to keep everyone into it. I just straight focused on winning my lane with riven which i was able to against a morde who got fb on an invade to start the game. so that was good. but im just going to keep making sure i win my lane then try to snowball from there

Dan was chill w/ it, so Dyrus took up the oppurtunity. No hard feelings from anyone. Watched Regi's Vlog and read TSM statements. In short TSM wanted to change their practice schedule after Hanover. Their practice was 12 hours of playing 4 solo Q and rest scrims. TRM disagreed with that said 4 hours of scrimming is enough TSM needs to work on their mechanics. Their new practice schedule proposed that everyone but TRM agreed on with was some solo q, rest of the time scrimming with an hour or two after for theory crafting. Regi citing how other teams like Dignitas are able to do well with little practice and more discussion and M5 which practices overall less than TSM but does more talking as a group. TRM disagreed with that too said mechanics were more important could worry about working as a team later and did not want to practice as much as the rest of TSM wanted. Decides to step down but would rejoin if they couldn't find anyone (before or after IPL?). TSM talks about it supposedly thinks about getting crumbz but talk to Dyrus instead. Dyrus talks to Dan who is ok with it having said previously if Dyrus got an offer for a better team he should take it (since EG doesn't take LoL that seriously). TRM still will living in the house.

But chaox also got caught in the first place, which shouldn't of ever happened. It was just better team comp. And TSM was able to keep up w/ gold of fnatic with just kills.

He got caught stupidly, didn't do anything except press R during the teamfight, and didn't let his teammates concentrate. What does it help your team in to scream like a little girl about how bad their decisions are, especially in a clustered environnement like a teamfight, WHEN YOU'RE NOT EVEN INVOLVED ?

Promote at base after buying, then run to an objective and contest it with the longest fight or standoff possible. I mainly just do it because I'm too bad to remember to use Ignite though. You can also promote if you have to back without resetting a lane. Stops you from losing all the gold when you're being out pushed, but it's just a bandaid on my bad play.

Haha. And the teamplay looks ok so far. It will be telling how they are going to handle lost scrims or tourneys now.

The promote strategy only works if you don't let enemy team get kills. Problem fnatic couldn't keep their gold lead (from towers and dragons), because they gave up way too many kills (gold) to TSM. Also, Shen counters the strategy because the sheer amount of split pushing he offers frees up map control for TSM. EDIT: counters is a strong word, i guess "mitigate" is a more accurate term.

But you can just ban shen. It still might be worth exploring in my opinion, especially if you go with a very splitpush-oriented team composition.
